Do you provide a free measuring and quote service?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all commercial and residential projects. For larger office spaces, we can arrange a site visit to take professional measurements, assess the sub-floor, and provide you with an accurate quote.
Can you install the carpet tiles outside of regular business hours?
Absolutely. We specialize in “no-disruption” installations. Our team can work evenings and weekends to ensure your new floor is fitted and ready for use by Monday morning, meaning zero downtime for your business.
Do I need to move my office furniture before you arrive?
We offer a fully managed service where our team handles the heavy lifting. We can move desks, chairs, and filing cabinets before fitting the tiles and replace them exactly where they were once the job is complete.
Do carpet tiles require underlay?
Generally, no. Most commercial-grade carpet tiles come with a built-in heavy-duty backing that provides sufficient cushioning and stability. This is one of the ways carpet tiles are more cost-effective than traditional broadloom carpet.
What happens if one of my carpet tiles gets stained or damaged?
This is the main benefit of modular flooring! Unlike traditional carpet, you don’t need to replace the whole room. You can simply lift the damaged tile and replace it with a new one. We always recommend ordering a few extra tiles for this purpose.
How long does delivery take within Ireland?
As we are based in Swords, Co. Dublin, we maintain a large local stock. Most orders are dispatched immediately and delivered within 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is often available for certain ranges if ordered before noon.
Can you remove and dispose of my old flooring?
Yes. As part of our professional fitting service, we can uplift your old carpet or tiles and arrange for their responsible disposal or recycling, leaving your premises clean and ready to use.
Are your carpet tiles suitable for office chairs with wheels?
Yes. All of our commercial-grade tiles are tested for “castor chair” use. They are designed to withstand the constant movement of office chairs without fraying or becoming loose, making them the ideal choice for modern workspaces.
